Appointment Booking Requirement
An appointment must be booked within 60 days of purchasing an e-gift card. However, the actual spa appointment date can be scheduled beyond the 60-day window.
Final Sale Policy
All e-gift card sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions under any circumstances.
Eligible Services
E-gift cards are valid only for the following spa packages (tax included)
•Luxury Spa Package – $83.25 (accommodates 1 guest)
•Mini Spa Package - $122.10
(accommodates 2 guests Mon-Thur ONLY)
•Premium Spa Package – $105.45 (accommodates 1 guest)
•Creation Lab Package – $99.90 (accommodates 1 guest)

Please note: The gift card must cover the entire cost, including tax. Partial payments using a gift card are not accepted. Do not choose “custom amount” when purchasing as custom amounts are already provided for you.
Multiple Certificates
Customers are welcome to purchase multiple gift cards at a time.
Appointment Required for Redemption
All visits to the spa require a scheduled appointment.
