Appointments:Appointments can be made under our pricing/booking page. Simply click the blue "book now" tab, choose your package and add-on's, select a date and time, then add your payment method. While waiting on our team to confirm your appointment a contract will be emailed to you with our policy that must be signed. A phone call, text or email is recommended when booking same day appointments to ensure availability. Online booking is only available when booking more between 1 and 3 guests. Appointments larger than 3 guests are considered a party and require assistance from a representative, please give us a call, text or email.
Parties: Please call or email us to make a reservation for a party, groups of 4-6 guests. Reservations for parties should be made at least a day in advance however, if we have the availability it can be made same day. We recommend making a party reservation at least 2 weeks or more prior to the desired insure availability. Once you know the date, time, number of guests and package, we will provide you with an invoice and ask that you return to us with a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit: All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will go toward your total balance. Remaining balances are due 3 days prior to your reservation. If your balance isn't paid within those 3 days you are subject to a $25.00 late fee and may risk rescheduling if you exceed 2 days of your reservation. If you must cancel for any reason, please understand that payments are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit towards a visit at a later date.
Forms of Payment: Payments can be made via Cash, PayPal or card by phone. A service fee of 3% fee will be applied to payments made with PayPal or Card by phone.
Gratuity & Tipping: Gratuity is not included or required, however it is greatly appreciated.
Minimum/Maximum Attendees: 1 - 6 guests maximum (including the guest of honor). If you choose a number of guests upon booking and wish to add additional guests to your package at a later date please do so no later that 3 days prior to your reservation.
RSVP Confirmation: We will contact you 3 days prior to your reservation to confirm your date, time and number of guest and discuss remaining balances.
Adults Attending Party: We ask that at least one adult stay for the duration of the reservation to tend to the possible needs of the children with a maximum of 2 adults total.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies of the Guest of Honor and rescheduling is needed, we will try our best to honor your new preferred date but please note that rescheduling is based on availability. Once your date is reserved and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed one time without accessing fees. After rescheduling your reservation once, a $25 rescheduling fee will be accessed. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours of your reservation. Cancellations made after the 24 hour time frame are subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee. If one of your guests planned to attend don't show up we can offer you a credit to be used at a later date. Although it is not common, we reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel any reservation and offer an alternative date.
Liability: Beyond Imagination Luxury Kid’s Spa assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies or injuries to guests or their damaged property. Our staff are not licensed professionals and do not provide services that require usage of chemicals or sharp instruments. As professional event planners, who provide a "spa like experience" we will provide a clean and professional environment for all guests.
Damage: We understand that accidents can happen, however, the guest may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and/or property of Beyond Imagination Luxury Kid's Spa.
Food and Beverages: We do NOT allow any food or beverages in the spa except for Cake/Cupcakes when celebrating a birthday. If you wish to bring a cake or cupcakes please let us know in advance so that we can provide a space for them.
Covid19 Precautions:Beyond Imagination Luxury Kid’s Spa is Barbicide Covid19 certified! We ask that NO additional guest other than the ones being serviced and 1 adult (unless you have a group of 4+) attend our Kid's Spa to maintain social distancing precautions. Everyone must arrive at the spa with a mask and keep it on at all times, unless a services are provided that prevent the use of a mask. If anyone is feeling ill; sore throat, fever, cough or any other flu like symptoms, please do not come in. If anyone has a common cold or allergies that may cause you to have cold like symptoms, we ask that you please remain at home. We serve the right to screen all guest prior to entering the spa which may including taking temperatures. If you come into the spa and and we recognize these symptoms we reserve the right to ask you to leave, ending your reservation without refund. We ask that all guest to wash their hands or sanitize their hands frequently throughout the Spa party to prevent the spread of viruses and our Staff will do the same. We will sanitize our facility prior, during and after each reservation to ensure everyone's health and safety. We hope that you understand that our rules are so strict due to the State standards and for the health and safety of all parties involved. If you need to cancel your party/appointment due to any of the reasons listed above we appreciate your honesty and will reschedule your appointment for a later date, based on availability.
